Khasa Kids — Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders)
We want you and your little one(s) to love your order. Because every item is made to order, we don’t keep inventory on hand and can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Of course, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
If something’s wrong (damaged / misprint / incorrect item)
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email hello@khasakids.com within 30 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos (item + print/area of concern + packaging/label)
Once approved, we will replace the item or refund you (your choice). For approved issues, we cover any required return shipping or may resolve it without a return (“keep-it” resolution for low-value items).
What isn’t returnable

Change-of-mind or wrong size (please double-check Toddler vs. Youth sizing before ordering)

Gift cards (final sale)

Final-sale / clearance items unless defective
Note: Color/brightness may vary slightly from screen to fabric; minor placement/size tolerance is normal in print-on-demand.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once processed, banks can take 3–10 business days to post funds.
Lost / undeliverable packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier first. If the carrier returns a package due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship once it’s returned; additional postage may apply.
