Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking Cookies can negatively impact your user experience and may cause some of the Services, including certain features and general functionality, to work incorrectly or no longer be available. Additionally, blocking Cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.
Our website also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which enables you to opt-out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we will treat such signal as a valid request to opt out of sharing / targeted advertising for the associated browser or device, and, if we are able to associate the device sending the signal to a Shopify account, we will apply the opt out request to the account as well. To learn more about Global Privacy Control, you can visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than the Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals that may be sent from your web browser or device.

Khasa Kids is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our clothing products are designed for children from newborns through youth XL sizes, but our website and services are geared toward and directed exclusively to adults - including grandparents, parents, guardians, caregivers, family members, and other adults who are making purchases on behalf of children. We do not direct our website, content, or marketing toward children and do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent.
COPPA Compliance Statement
This website and our services comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our website is directed to adults only and is not directed toward children under 13. School and Educational Use
If schools or educational institutions use our products or services with children under 13, we may rely on the school's consent rather than seeking individual parental consent, as permitted under COPPA. However, parents retain the right to review and delete their child's information even in educational contexts.
Data Retention for Children's Information
We retain personal information about children under 13 for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Upon request from a parent, we will delete a child's personal information unless we are legally required to retain it.
